MOVIE PLOT
The plot of the Prey revolves around a Comanche warrior, Naru (Amber Midthunder) who protects her tribe from a highly evolved alien predator (Dan DiLiegro). The predator hunts humans for sport. Naru fights against wilderness and fur traders to keep her people safe.
Naru has a dream of becoming a great hunter like her brother Taabe. She breaks the rule of her tribe and became a warrior. She is given the opportunity to prove her worth when the predator was on a quest to hunt down the beings that are at the top of Earth’s food chain.
Predator is difficult combatant to take down. He had advanced alien weapons and the power of invisibility and heat vision. Many of the Naru tribe members were killed by the predator. The predators also defeat a bear and a group of French trappers in the quest to find a decent adversary.
Naru is a worthy match for the predator. She is far smarter than her tribe’s people assumed her. Naru learns the attack patterns of predators and makes some realizations. She finds out that the predator is unable to track the movement of someone whose body temperature has dropped.
Naru uses her smartness to fight the adversary. She returns to her tribe with the victory trophy, the head of Predator. Also she warned her tribe’s people about the reaming trappers who are nearby.
PREY MOVIE TRAILER
The first glimpse of the movie was unveiled in May 2022 with a 40 seconds teaser. The prey Trailer was released in June 2022. The trailer features a bit of detail about the movie and also revealed the look of the Predator. Moreover the trailer also revealed the character of Naru who wants to become a hunter.
