Emily the Criminal Plot
Firstly, Emily (Aubrey Plaza), a young student who is saddled with debt and is unable to find work. Desperate for the money she get involves in a credit card scam. Also, She acts as a dummy shopper and buys increasingly risky products with stolen credit cards.
Following which, This turns out to be the beginning of her journey into the criminal underworld. Upon the success of acting as a dummy shopper, her appetite for criminal games enlarges. Emily is willing to try her hands at bigger stunts.
Whereas, Youcef (Theo Rossi) supplies stolen cards to Emily. The quick cash allures Emily and illicit thrills of black-market capitalism. Subsequently, Youcef and Emily plan to bring their business to the next level in Los Angeles.
